Melon-pan

Melon-pan means Melon Bread. This is one of sweet bread popular in Japan.

The name comes from the look, not the taste. It doesn’t contain any melon in it. (I heard that there are new melon breads which actually contain melon flavouring sold in Japan nowadays.)

Melon pan is soft semi sweet bread covered with sweet and short biscuits. Yum!

    1. I used someone Japanese recipe I saw on web, but I don’t have it on hand, as I had to clean up my PC once since I made this. Sorry. I’ll try to post recipe when I make one again.
