It’s been great summer in the Northern Ireland this year. We had a lots of nice hot dry days.
And a sunny day means a BBQ! and I made this burger buns quite a lot this year. (well, we don’t actually eat meat, so we use veg-burgers for BBQ. )
It’s white bread mixed with little bit of brown flour, very soft and slightly sweet. I make them a bit smaller than shop brought one, so kids can eat it easier with their little hands and they like it.
I made those buns to eat with my prawn burger, which is an attempt to copy of prawn burgers which sells in Japanese fast food restaurant, MOSS BURGER.
well, it was yum.
This lettuce is (over)grown in my garden, and potato at back is not mine, but local Comber new potato.
